Meet our new brand on WCPN's SOI this morning: Cleveland+

How’s that work for you? Hear more from me and others on WCPN’s Sound of Ideas this morning. It’s the new brand for the NEOhio regional effort to attract business and everything that comes with that – one hopes.

It’s website is here but it’s not fully functional yet.

One thing that’s missing and I desperately wish they had: a “contact us for more info” button – I couldn’t find it. Why’d I need it? There’s a typo on the Press page (just a wrong date in the first article – should be 2007 not 2008).

  1. A marketing gimmick is not only hardly sufficient to turn around the region, it’s not even among the first ten or twenty steps that need to be taken on the path toward economic recovery.
