Political Spin Lesson #1

In a post that uses this Plain Dealer article as its basis for a brief comment on the Ohio House passing a state budget, Right Angle Blog writes, “It seems that Strickland dropped his anti-vocuher[sic] and charter school policies and got everything else.”

Okay class, explain why this is spin. I’ll provide the answer in a later post for those who fail or refuse to utilize the truth, based on the facts of the process and the stated intentions of the Republicans in the Ohio Statehouse, to analyze events. But, because I’m feeling generous this morning, here’s a clue.

Lesson Two will involve re-writing that RAB statement to reflect reality.
