3. My kids won their away swim meet this evening.

4. Firefox quit on me and I don’t remember what else I’d highlighted.

Any tips on how to get more sleep (don’t say go to bed earlier)?

  1. Hmm – all these suggestions re: sleep. I’m guessing I’m not the only one who seeks to solve getting too little of it. No one mentioned eating bananas though.

  4. Power naps. Take power naps. You can actually take them anywhere – even at the mall.Just close your eyes and when you start to dream – tell yourself ‘that’s not real’ and wake yourself up. Works like a champ. đŸ™‚
